A modular cabin is a prefabricated structure built in a factory and then delivered to your site for assembly. Unlike traditional stick-built cabins, modular cabins are constructed in a controlled environment, ensuring higher quality, faster build times, and greater cost efficiency.
2. Are your cabins park model cabins? Are they available on wheels?
A park model home is a small, mobile living space built on a chassis with wheels for easy moving. The wheels are typically hidden by skirting and can be removed. Westwood Cabins are designed to sit on permanent foundations and become real property.
3. What is included with your modular cabins?
Westwood Cabins come with everything you need for a comfortable, move-in-ready home. Our modular cabin features include solid wood cabinets, countertops, flooring, windows, doors, insulation, plumbing, heating, electrical and more!

Absolutely! We offer a range of interior and exterior options, along with upgrade choices, allowing you to create a cabin that matches your style, comfort, and functional needs.
5. Where are you located and how far do you deliver?
Westwood Cabins are built by an experienced team of builders at our manufacturing facility in Due West, South Carolina. We currently deliver to Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Every cabin is constructed to meet local building codes. We invite you to visit us for a factory tour!
